99exch Terms of Use — Adults Only, No Wagers Taken on This Website
1. Accepting These 99exch Terms
Reading these pages means you accept the terms below. If you do not, close the site; nothing here needs an account.
2. Information Only, No 99exch Betting Here
This website describes 99exch and how its desk works. It is not a betting operator: it accepts no wagers, holds no funds, processes no payments and issues no IDs. Outbound buttons lead to services run by other people.
3. Age and Local Law
99exch is for adults aged 18 and over, and so is this site. Betting law varies across Indian states and changes over time, so you are responsible for the rules where you live. Nothing here is legal advice.
4. Accuracy of 99exch Details
Timings, minimums and behaviour described here, such as the ₹500 deposit or a 10 to 30 minute withdrawal, reflect what is observed and can change without notice. No outcome, payout, uptime or third-party conduct is guaranteed.
5. Liability and Content
To the fullest extent the law allows, this website is not liable for losses arising from its use or from any outside service reached through it, including losses from betting, from scams imitating the 99exch name, or from decisions based on outdated 99exch information. The written content belongs to this site and may not be republished without permission, and these terms may be updated at any time.
